The hotel is well‑located near a beautiful beach, clean, and the staff are very attentive and polite; the animators are highly motivated, and the pools are pleasant. Breakfast and dinner offer a good variety of choices.

Overall, I liked the property, but the food—especially the buffet—was always the same, and the dining room chairs were very old and sticky.

We had a great time here: the staff were extremely friendly, especially in the restaurant, and the themed dinner nights were a fun touch with staff in costume and decorated tables. The buffet had a huge variety, and we appreciated free water at dinner even when drinks weren’t included. Everything was clean, the evening entertainment was good, and the luggage storage was very convenient. Our room was spacious with a lovely, wide balcony. The location is ideal for excursions, as many tour buses pick up guests directly from the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay—we would definitely return! ❤️

The location is excellent, close to the sea and the most touristy areas, and the island is easily circled by car. The hotel offers the option to park a rental car inside for €12 per 24 h, or there is free parking outside the hotel in a safe area. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, especially the waiters. The pools are nice, especially the jacuzzi. The common area is very clean, but the rooms were not cleaned very well (I found the same toothpaste streak on the glass for two days straight) and some of the clean towels had stains. The kitchen is international with a wide selection to satisfy everyone, but some items were not great, especially at breakfast.
