Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The location is good and the mattress is comfortable. Parking is impossible anywhere, Wi‑Fi doesn’t work, there is a fridge but the freezer part is also not operational. They didn’t consider that guests come to relax, so I had to listen to the owner talking loudly with everyone early in the morning and there was noise from the hallway through the windows.

The place is well located and towels were changed every other day. Privacy was lacking because the housekeeper entered our apartment without knocking. On the day we were leaving we forgot a very important personal painting in the apartment; instead of calling us, she threw it in the trash. When I returned the painting was already ripped off. She knew it was ours because she opened it and saw it. It was only 10 min after we left, about half an hour before check‑out. Extremely pissed off.

Everything was top‑not‑charming… very clean! We always love staying at Pension Ivanka.
