The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The only drawback was that the hotel sits right next to the train line, which lowered my overall rating.
“It is a motel, not a hotel”
It’s close to the city centre and parking is a plus. However, there were hairs on the bed, coffee isn’t included in the “free breakfast,” nearby trains are very loud, and we paid far too much for the value.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel sits close to Spokane river parks. Breakfast was very good. However, the floor in my second‑floor room squeaked and shifted, and the bed felt a bit too firm for my older body.
“Overall, not a bad place for the price, but I wouldn't stay here again if there were something else”
The room was a good size and conveniently located, and the front desk staff were friendly. Because the room was next to the train tracks, earplugs were provided and worked well, though the shaking could be disruptive. The in‑room coffee maker functioned only after I fixed the connector between the water tub and the steamer, and the bath soap dispenser leaked.
“Great value, great location and I highly recommend.”
The location in Spokane is excellent—very walkable to Riverfront Park, shopping, and restaurants, and all the overpriced hotels are just around the corner. Breakfast is served at a restaurant about a block away; the breakfast burrito is a must‑try. Rooms were clean, and on‑site parking is included in the room price.
