Hello! We stayed on the 11th floor; the bathroom was a 4‑star, and the small elevators were stuck. The bathroom and elevators were the main issues.

The food was good, the staff were very polite and friendly, and the indoor pool was large. The room itself was very nice, spacious, with a great sea view and a balcony, and my dad and I really enjoyed it.

The bartender Toni was super friendly and kind, and all the other staff were very nice too, but the food unfortunately wasn’t tasty.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, there was an option to sit on the hotel terrace at night, and the shops were close by. We had no real choice because it was an unplanned last‑minute trip and we wanted to stay where our friends were, but I wouldn’t pick this hotel again… what a shame. The common areas, dining room and pool were not clean – no comments – the hotel was packed (August) with a lot of people, they couldn’t even clean the tables in the dining room and the dining room itself had limited capacity, so there were always long lines, a very small food selection and half of it was still undercooked, the tennis rackets were completely broken, and we had to buy a ball ourselves because the only one at reception was broken and unusable.
