We loved this lovely hotel. The staff were very pleasant. It’s in a central spot, just a 5‑10 minute walk from every store and restaurant you could want. We appreciated the 24‑hour security and the elevator. The only downside was that the shower didn’t have a door.

The staff were outstanding, especially Francesca, and the open dining room in the afternoon and evening was a great idea. The hotel’s spot in Florence was perfect and the staff were very helpful. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Florence. I can’t think of a single thing to complain about.

The staff were welcoming, the Renaissance vibe felt surprisingly spacious, and the room was very clean. There’s a small garden terrace off the breakfast room to enjoy, and it’s very close to the train station, which made travel a lot easier.
