From the moment we arrived, my family and I felt very comfortable; the rooms were extremely clean and well‑maintained, the breakfast was outstanding, and the entire spa and pool area was beautiful. A special thank you to Ahmet Öcal, the manager of the sports and spa department, whose exceptional friendliness, attentiveness, and personal care made our stay especially memorable. The massage at the spa was simply wonderful—pure relaxation! Thanks to the whole team for the warm hospitality; we will gladly return for our next stay in Istanbul and wholeheartedly recommend the hotel. ❤️
