I was completely disappointed; nothing about the stay pleased me at all.
Nothing. worst experience. Actually I booked a room for 5 members.my family in when I booked the room at that time only I called hotel management and took a confirmation about the rooms .after reaching the location the receptionist flipped his word he made me to cancel the booking from the app he told he will provide rooms after I cancelled the room booking And rooms were very horrible and terrible.he took the same price as I saw in the app .my family members faced a lot of problems. terrible experience.he took my phone and he himself cancelled the booking.he don't provided the essential things when we enter the room
“Stay was pleasant”
There was no breakfast at the hotel, but a nearby spot offered excellent morning fare. The room, especially the bathroom, was much smaller than shown in the video, and finding a vegetarian restaurant nearby proved difficult.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, but the rooms had a bad odor and the bathrooms were not very clean.
The room was roomy and the AC and hot water worked well, yet the parking was tight, the street was narrow, and we received constant calls from the hotel demanding advance payment before arrival. The blanket had holes and was unclean. We were pressured to change the booking, and we ended up paying more than the website rate—2800 rs was listed, but we paid over 3600 rs after booking in advance.
