I was annoyed by the staff who didn't respect my time; they kept calling and banging on the door even after I was ready to leave at 5, insisting I pay more or they'd hold me, and they never let me explain beforehand. The front‑desk attitude was rough, with one person calling me a thief and treating me like a nuisance.

The staff were great and the rooms were spacious.

I didn't like being charged at the end of my stay for blood‑stained sheets that weren't mine and were already on the linens when I checked in. From 01 July to 09 July, the sheets weren't changed despite the small blood spot that could have been washed easily. A 200‑bath charge was deducted from my 500‑bath deposit; it wasn't huge, but it felt unfair. I've stayed here at least 20 times and I won't return, by principle.
