The hotel feels like a palace—very clean and comfy, and it's quiet, though sometimes a bit spooky with so few people around, which I don’t mind. The best part is its easy access to the main road. I have no complaints, but I’d suggest the staff promote special offers on social media and give vouchers for early bookings or for referrals that give 50% off, which could bring in more guests.

I had confirmed my booking through an email with a confirmation number, but when I arrived at check-in time, the front desk staff couldn't find my reservation in their system. This led to a stressful situation where I had to leave the hotel late at night, around 10 pm.

The hotel's decoration was nice, but my stay was marred by several issues, including dirty bed sheets and towels, and a pillowcase with a foul stain. The room key card didn't work, and despite promises to send a new one, it never arrived. The reception was unstaffed, and the check-in process took over 30 minutes, likely due to new staff. To top it off, I had to wait for a while to get out of my room because the key card issue wasn't resolved.
