The vibe in the bar was nice. The lady at the reception was friendly and kind. We checked in at night and headed to shower. There was no hot water at all. We complained and they said they would check another room for hot water, 15min later we get told there's not hot water there too. We also asked for extra towels which took forever to arrive. The overall experience was very disappointing. They ended up refunding our money and we had to find accommodation somewhere else at 11pm at night

Gemütliches Bett und alles was man braucht im Zimmer, schön ruhig. Fand die Aussenterasse nicht gemütlich, außerdem hat das Personal im Restaurant oben auf dem Rooftop, den Lobster nicht nur zum Angucken geholt, sondern auf dem Boden abgelegt und das immer wieder damit die Leute auch Fotos machen können. Furchtbar, das ist ein Lebewesen was danach lebendig gekocht wird, was schlimm genug ist aber das noch ist respektlos und nicht zeitgemäß:(

“New facilities, but expensive for what you get”

New and clean. Staff need more training: friendly, but struggling with the basics and they forget to action on what they take notes on. Hotel sends you messages but reception is not aware. You check out and have to wait for your room to be inspected. Location: it’s noisy with live music every night making it unpleasant to have a quiet dinner Restaurant is independent and you have to pay for every order, rather than having the ability to charge the room. The pepper steak asked medium rare came very hard to chew and overcooked Swimming pool is the size of a pond

“Average Property with Fair Pricing but Some Notable Issues”

Beach front location. Add a few of 3.5% onto anything you spend on card…so the cost of the room. Who has a spare £800 cash on them. So basically whatever price you see you will pay another 3.5% on top. Don’t provide pool towels, you have to pay. The pool is NOT a pool in my opinion, not possible to swim in
