Breakfast was sufficient, very tasty, and everything was always available. Frau Port is a very friendly and attentive host. I’ve stayed there before with a friend and would gladly spend another holiday with the Port family. Everything was perfect!

A warm welcome greeted me, the apartment was spacious with full kitchen gear, a large balcony offering a beautiful view, everything was impeccably tidy, the dog was allowed, breakfast was lavish and constantly replenished, and every detail was taken care of. Plenty of walking options. No complaints.

The host greeted us with attentive care and prepared a varied, tasty breakfast daily. Asking for an earlier meal to catch the bus for the Maare Mosel Radweg bike ride posed no problem. The apartment was clean and comfortable. In Bernkastel, evening dining is delightful; we were given two stellar recommendations—Da Salvatore and Alt Bernkastel—both spot on. The absolute must-visit is Burg Landshut, offering a stunning view of the Moselle. On the return from our bike ride, we also took the boat from Traben, a fun alternative way to see the Moselle Valley. The only downside: after a day of cycling, the final uphill climb was a bit tough, but the honesty bar stocked fresh wine and beer. 😉
