Being close to the Bizerte Centre, the pool, and the private beach was great. The only downside was that the guard at the entrance tried to stop me because I was with guests—my friends from France who were staying at the neighboring hotel.

The breakfast was very varied and excellent, and the staff were especially friendly and attentive. What I didn’t like was the room situation: I had paid an extra fee for a sea‑view room, yet I was given a room facing the road and a vacant lot. I spent the first night in those conditions, and only after complaining was I moved to a proper sea‑view room. I ended up paying for a service I didn’t receive for one night, and despite extending my stay, no commercial gesture was offered. It was really disappointing and marred part of my experience.

The bathrooms and rooms were clean despite the carpet. The pool staff handled the lounge chairs well. The worn carpet in the room gave a dirty impression. There was no outlet at the head of the bed for my sleep apnea device, which is my situation. For a four‑star hotel, there was no kettle, no tea or herbal sachets, and the fridge had no water bottle upon arrival. The front desk number was missing. The pool area and lawn were very dirty, littered with bottles, cans, and pizza scraps. The servers had cigarettes in their mouths and didn’t even wipe the tables before serving.

The place didn’t match the photos; it was old and not fully restored, and the pool was open to locals during the day. At arrival, the receptionist was awful, forcing us to cut our stay short because of the hotel’s unsanitary conditions. No refund or gesture was offered, which I find unacceptable.
