I only liked the arrival, where they welcomed me very well; otherwise, it was bad.

Everything was very clean and the spa was excellent. The breakfast and dinner were held in a large hall, but there was little information about the schedule.
The room and service were good.

Although it needs maintenance, the pool and spa are very nice and fairly comfortable. Room cleaning is impeccable. The breakfast/restaurant staff were courteous until the lovely 42‑year‑old waitress took her well‑deserved day off, and then the situation was dire until her return, unfortunately coinciding with our departure. Kindness throughout the resort. Despite the great Ferragosto dinner, it’s impossible to find the same dishes at the dinner buffet two days later. Organizing a cleaning crew for the floors, in case someone is sick during the shift, redoing a room after 12 pm, and having to request towels is not impeccable.
They charged me twice for the room fee.
