The estate was beautiful and very clean. The bedrooms were spacious and well arranged. The staff were attentive and friendly. We had to pay on site, and the management tried to charge a different rate when we arrived because they insisted on adding IVA. The issue was fixed quickly. Hot water was on when we arrived but was turned off overnight, so we took a cold shower, but that was also resolved once we mentioned it.

Highly recommended; the service was excellent. The staff were very kind and treated us better than at home. My children were very happy, thanks to everyone at the hotel for their affection.

The facilities look nice. My reservation wasn’t honored; they gave me a room of their choosing, and the food options were very limited—several items on the menu were unavailable despite requests, and at 8:30 am the breakfast eggs we asked for were already gone. The pool area cleaning was poor, with beer bottles left from the previous day. When I complained about the room, they offered a 140,000‑won credit, saying they’d pay cash if I didn’t use it, but my actual spend was exactly 140,000 won and the bill showed a much lower amount. The kitchen was also very restricted.
