“Great Location, Could Be Significantly Better.”
The location, close to most tourist spots, is the property’s biggest selling point. The building itself is old and oddly interesting. The bathroom and toilet are modern and spotless. The room with six capsule‑style beds is a clever way to turn a two‑bedroom space into an eight‑bed holiday let, which works fine for a party of three, though the single toilet and shower might be a drawback for larger groups. The mattresses and pillows are cheap, and the two remaining beds in the second bedroom are also low‑quality. The kitchen is outdated, cheaply built, and even dangerous with an underpowered circuit. The furniture and appliances look like they were sourced from second‑hand stores, giving the place a very cheap finish. The games we tried were unusable; the dartboard had every dart bent. Another downside was that the restaurant owner kept a lot of stuff on the two floors above, so the space didn’t feel as private as we expected. The stairs are steep, but the listing warned about that, so it’s just a heads‑up for anyone with mobility or balance concerns.
“Convenient and unique property.”
The property is unique and located near Sakaimachi Street. The stairs are very steep, so you’ll have to haul your luggage up to the rooms on level two and the living room on level three, which isn’t ideal if there are elders in the group.
The style is unique, and the food from the downstairs restaurant is delicious!!!
“這是一間舒服又有特色的民宿,樓下餐廳食物便宜又好吃,非常喜歡他們的房子”
The house has a distinctive character, feels calm, and is comfortable. No negatives.
“Great location. Don’t bring luggage.”
The location is great—just one block from the canal and a few minutes from Sakaimachi Street. The stairs are steep and a pain if you have a lot of luggage. The bedroom and bathroom are on the second floor, while the living area and kitchen are on the third.
