The parking was great, but the breakfast consisted of pork soup, which is not suitable for people who for religious or moral reasons avoid pork or meat; nothing else was offered—just a simple slice of bread or biscuits. The mattress was very uncomfortable.

Free bread, jam, and butter should be provided. The bathroom tiles are old and cracked and need improvement.

The space is spacious and near Lotus Tower. They offer congee in the morning, but the quantity is too little for the number of guests and it is added slowly; in the bathroom there is only one bottle of soap.

The location is super convenient for traveling to Chiang Mai, everything else works fine.
