When we asked for special locks, they fitted the same high‑chain ones they used in Redding, which helps families with ADHD and autistic kids. Still, my autistic child felt unsafe and the reception didn’t meet our expectations.

The location is good. Areas for improvement: 1. Breakfast: There is not much variety. The breakfast selection is exactly the same every day—and, in fact, it was exactly the same when I stayed at the hotel a year ago. 2. Package receiving service: Very poor and disorganized. The process could be much better managed, and the staff did not seem particularly willing or proactive in helping guests locate their packages. 3. Room cleaning: My room was not cleaned every day during my stay, and I’m not sure why.

The beds were comfortable after the room, love the city view. The room was not clean. No pets are allowed unless they are service animals. A tick fell from the ceiling or the bedpost on us.

I was disappointed that the small fridge in my room couldn't keep a proper temperature, so as a breastfeeding mom I couldn't store my milk there and had to keep ice in a cooler I brought to maintain its freshness; aside from that, the overall stay was very good.
