We checked in at 11.00, no waiting at all. The restaurants served delicious food. The staff were friendly, except for the beach guy who wouldn’t let us move the lounge chairs into the shade of the umbrella. The room was clean. However, there were a lot of wasps; the traps are far away and we had to compete with them for our street food.

The facilities scored a perfect 10/10 and the staff were brilliant. The only drawback was that several restaurants served food that was warm instead of hot, though when it was hot it tasted great.

From arrival to departure everything was flawless; I’d return in a heartbeat. It’s definitely a splurge but worth it. The kids loved the club and evening shows, and the food & drinks were phenomenal. The staff were amazing and truly understand how to make a stay stress‑free. We had a few minor bike issues, but nothing major.

So relaxing, the staff were friendly, and it was very easy for a family with kids—nothing was too hard. The pools were great and the service excellent.
