The room was comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast buffet was very good, and the hot shower was very pleasant. I had booked an executive room because of the large windows, but I was given a ground‑floor room where, if you opened the curtains, you could see everyone. They didn’t change it because they said it was full, but when I arrived they asked if I wanted a smoking or non‑smoking room, so there must have been more options.

The breakfast was very good, the room was spacious and nice, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. A loud “outside air‑con” in front of our room slightly disturbed the sleep. The elevator was broken and could not be repaired during the stay, but the staff helped with the luggage.

The hotel is very beautiful, comfortable, and in a dreamy location. The pool area is wonderful, and the staff are very friendly and courteous.
