The location is great, parking inside the accommodation is secured, and the price‑quality ratio is superb.

I didn’t realize the reception was right next to the road; everything was extremely professional. The Wi‑Fi signal was a bit weak.

Despite the room description saying there was a mini‑kitchen, there was none, so we had to bring our own food and no help was offered. The parking area was too narrow and unusable, and they couldn’t assist with that either. Another hotel guest stepped in to help.

Everything was fine. The room was cold.

We chose Niş as a one‑night stop on our drive from Greece to Budapest and stayed at The Only One Suites. The place was clean, central, affordable, and especially good if you want to leave your car safely. Even though it’s an old building, it’s well‑maintained and tidy. The high ceilings made the rooms feel spacious, and ours was larger than we expected. Air‑conditioning, a mini‑fridge, and a hairdryer were all present for a short stay. Walking to the city center takes about 5‑6 minutes, so it’s easy to step out for a meal or a quick look at Niş in the evening. The biggest perk for us was the large courtyard used as a private parking lot; after a long drive with a full trunk, we could leave the bulk of our stuff in the car and only bring what we needed for the night, which was a real relief. In the morning we could hit the road again without fussing over luggage. We only stayed one night, but it was more than enough, comfortable, and practical for our family. A small note: we stayed Saturday night and heard music from a bar on the back street. We’re not sure if that’s a weekend thing, but the fatigue from the long drive and the dinner made it not a major issue; we slept comfortably. For anyone planning a Balkan road trip and looking for a night stop, the central location, cleanliness, spacious rooms, reasonable price, and private parking make this a place we’d recommend.
