The staff was very rude, kept the family sitting for an hour, and said the room cleaning was going on at 11.30 pm.

I think the hotel is cheap and the spot is handy, close to hospitals, pharmacies, and a mart. But the rooms were filthy – curtains were visibly dirty, and the bedsheets, pillows, and blankets weren't kept in good shape. The AC worked, yet its remote was broken. The geyser in the bathroom was unreliable, and there was no shelf or any place to store soap or shampoo. Basic items were spotty; no towel or soap came with check‑in, and they only arrived on the second day. They didn't pour water into the room, so we had to fetch it from a dispenser on the ground floor. There’s no on‑site breakfast, lunch, or dinner, though you can order food via delivery apps. Check‑in was a letdown – the staff were unwelcoming and didn’t even help us to our room. The staircase, lift, and reception area were all poorly kept.

The place was just okay.

The location was fine, but the room and bathroom were in a horrible state – the sheets were stained, and basic amenities were missing.
