The location is good, the room is spacious, and a kitchenette is available. The hotel is not marked at all.
Overall, everything was fine: the room was spacious, the kitchen was available, and the bed was clean and fresh. The only downside was the strong cigarette smell in the room.

The hotel has three floors, with the entrance from the courtyard where the owners live, so it feels calm. The room is spacious, and each floor has open balconies with a dryer, a coffee table, and probably a place to smoke. The shower is convenient, though a little water dripped from the hose when opened. Air conditioning is in the room, but we opened the windows and it was fine. The owners are calm and friendly; the woman speaks Russian. The beds are separate and the linens are clean. The kettle, stove, and fridge all work. A shop and a bakery are nearby, and the beach is a 15‑minute walk. The center and exchange offices are also close. If we return, which we plan to, we’ll stay there again. Thanks for the rest and the tip to visit Turkey in a day. The medication and textiles were good, a minus was the lack of salt, but the owner gave some.
