The location was good, but the place was not clean and there was no elevator.

Nothing. The hotel is a complete scam. The website shows photos that don’t match reality and claims a room size twice as large as it actually is. The first room was a mess, with a broken sofa, so there were only two beds instead of three. The condition of the room was even worse—total darkness, everything was filthy, and touching anything was scary. We were moved to the basement, where instead of “city view, garden view” we now had “foot view, hanging dirty cloths on a grate.” The basement had mold, making it impossible to breathe, the air conditioner only blew moldy air, and the beds were also moldy. The bedding had other people's black hair. Dirt, wreckage, a broken door, and the sofa was terrifying to sit on even in clothes. They said there were no other rooms left. We were forced to stay overnight in the basement because we were already on the road and the night was already bleak. In the morning we checked out, demanded a refund for the mismatch, and the hotel refused. Booking support was contacted, but no changes yet. Beware of this hotel! It’s a trap. You’re just wasting money, or you’ll end up living worse than dogs in a kennel.

The location was great, close to everything, and laundry could be done for 400 livres, which is much cheaper than elsewhere. The bed was absolutely awful, the springs poked into the body and caused pain all over. Cleanliness was lacking, and there was no soundproofing in the rooms as described. If you book the cheapest room, expect to be on the 4th floor without an elevator. I have already paid for cheaper hotels with much better service, so I’m disappointed …

It was close to the city center, which is great for those coming because of the bazaar. The air conditioning was fine and the bus stop was nearby. There were good-priced shops, restaurants, and dining options in the area. The accommodation itself, however, was nowhere near what the pictures showed. The beds were uncomfortable and bad. Specifically, the room was not cleaned; the daily cleaning was so exhausted that they took the trash we left in front of the door. There was no cooking set, no microwave, no broom, no cleaning supplies at all. Mold was present on the corners of the walls and it was dirty; the promised soundproofing didn’t exist. There was one wardrobe for three people, containing three trunks, and no shelves inside. Even when bedding was provided, it was for only two people instead of three. The blanket on the bed was also dirty.
