The room was pretty and tidy, although we had to cover the mattress again because the sheet was too short and left the top of the mattress exposed. The bathroom had peeling paint on the wood, enamel peeling from the tub, no mirror above the sink, and dirty curtains. The restaurant was noisy with loud music, unprofessional staff, and a messy atmosphere. At breakfast I had to wait because the staff were making coffee; a quarter of an hour before closing the tables were cleared loudly, making us feel very unwelcome. There was no drink menu, and the staff didn’t know which gins were available. There was no lift.
