The location is great and the hotel is very nice, but the food was disappointing; one evening the restaurant was closed at first, only opening later, and the meals on both nights we stayed were very poor.

The room was lovely, the shower worked well and the public areas were smartly designed, and the central location was great. The self‑service breakfast felt a bit chaotic and making toast was tough, but the staff were very obliging.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of old town Naples with all major sites within walking distance, and the rooftop terrace/restaurant offered stunning views over the city. Breakfast could have been better; I had to ask for hot dishes to be replenished, but the staff were very accommodating and did provide them when asked.
