The room had no ventilation and seemed to have been smoked in before, so the air felt stale. A huge dead spider was hanging above the bed, there was black mould in the bathroom, and the remote control had never been cleaned. Aside from that, our stay was fine.

It was just awful. The room had an unbearable odor. The carpets were filthy. The shower water stayed stagnant and wouldn't drain… I was there for the last time.

I liked everything – it was comfortable, cozy, and the breakfast was delicious, so I was satisfied. The staff, however, never smiled or seemed friendly. The reception desk was unhelpful, and the staff at the restaurant and bar gave me a stone‑face; I don't want to see them again. Thank you.

The location was great. Breakfast was on the 10th floor. The room was quiet and peaceful. Compared to other places, the breakfast selection was a bit lacking – the porridge was missing.
