Overall a nice stay with a large bathroom and spacious rooms; breakfast was okay. There were a few hairs on the outside of the tub and on the edges of the beds, the floor was a bit dirty despite being vinyl, and the beds weren’t that comfortable. Breakfast was the same every day, so I’d change my opinion.
“Decent but would not seek out again”
Clean and a great breakfast, but the closet door was off its hinges, the bed blankets were a bit thin, and the indoor pool was a tad small.
“Will not stay at any of your hotels again.”
The location was great, but the water pressure was horrible, the beds were uncomfortable, and the service left a lot to be desired. They didn't provide extra blankets, and when I asked for extra towels they made me feel like I’d be charged for them.
Breakfast was above average, the coffee system was very good, and the staff paid great attention to it. Pricing is highly variable: two weeks ago it was $123, now it’s $196, so I can’t rely on the price. The key has to be reprogrammed often, the door lock system is outdated (magnetic system vulnerable to modern electronics), and corporate is slow to fix it (too cheap to fix).
