Only the lady at reception was nice. When I arrived, the room I’d booked wasn’t ready even though it was supposed to be ready the day before because I’d booked for that day and arrived a day later. I was told to wait for other guests to check out so they could clean, meaning the room I paid for had already been given to someone else. That was disappointing. They asked me to stay in a dirty room with dirty mats that smelled bad; I was exhausted from my trip and needed rest. When I tried to shower, it was cold, dirty, and had pubic hair on the floor.

The hotel is easily accessible, but the couch was hard and old.

The place is nice and comfortable, and the staff are friendly. The only issue was that I had to wait outside for more than 20 minutes, ringing the bell, and no one answered.
