Very modern, clean rooms and good equipment. The hosts were super nice. Unfortunately there was only one fan, but it did provide some cooling.

The lift is centrally located and the place sits on a quiet spot. The host is very friendly and attentive, preparing a good breakfast every morning.
The location, the size of the room and the shower are good. Staff were absent. We only heard them via WhatsApp and met them once by accident. The air‑conditioning was insufficient and controlled remotely. There was a dusty fan that we kept on all night to breathe a bit. We stayed 7 nights and they changed the towels only once and never cleaned the room or emptied the bathroom bin. They told us these were regional rules and that extra cleaning costs extra. Breakfast had packaged items and always hot croissants with only jam. No homemade cake as promised. Two times the breakfast was salty. We had to prepare everything ourselves.

Every detail is designed to make guests feel at home in a spotless, modern environment. A special shout‑out to the owners, Maurizio and Valentina, who are extraordinarily kind, always attentive, discreet and ready to meet any request. They greeted us with a smile and proved invaluable by recommending the best beaches, local restaurants, and must‑do experiences nearby. We couldn’t have asked for a better Sardinian holiday. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel “at home” pampered by hospitality professionals.
Nice new house. Good breakfast. Free parking in front of house. Problem with air‑condition. The house has a central cooling system that works fine in the kitchen (shared) and hallway. In the room you only have a fan that does little when outside is over 30. So no AC in bedroom. Bring toilet paper 😊
