The room felt like a nightmare – cramped, filthy, broken, and tucked in a basement with a view of a grimy courtyard. We had no choice but to spend the night there. The staff tried to excuse themselves by saying they had no link to the booking system. All in all, it was a terrible experience.

I booked through the usual platform and got a confirmation, but when I arrived the place had no way to access my reservation. A rude staff member even scolded me for using that system, saying they couldn't see my booking and that rooms were already taken. I called ahead and got no help, and when I reported the issue to the booking service nothing changed. It was a frustrating experience.

The hotel didn't receive any notification from the booking system, yet they still managed to give me a room. The lack of communication caused confusion and delays, but at least I was accommodated.

I couldn't check in because the phone line was dead. I couldn't reach the hotel or find it, so I had to spend the night searching for another place to stay.
