I booked through your site, but when we got there the hotel had changed owners and the name was different. No breakfast at all, and the confirmation numbers we got were for a place that didn’t exist. We had no reservation under our name. Two days after booking I got emails saying the hotel was being remodeled and gave a new address, then another email from a different sender. Tried calling the hotel and your support, but no answer.

We booked two rooms but were only given one. The staff didn’t even know about the group visa for Russian travelers, which caused delays and even police had to be called. No apologies. The place was dirty, dusty, and overall a mess.
