“Palazo with nice and large room in quiet location”

There was no breakfast, but the location is great with restaurants, shops, and bus stops right outside, and it’s quiet. The staff were a bit unreliable, though the front‑desk woman was there when we arrived and everything went fine, but afterward it was hard to find anyone. We found the cleaning lady and told her about the hot water issue, and she fixed it. It could have been a touch cheaper. Like most buildings in the area, there was no elevator, so you had to haul your luggage up the stairs.

“No volvería. La ubicación es buena. El lugar agradable pero le falta mantenimiento. falta de oficio.”

En principio quedamos que llegábamos alrededor de las 18.00. Llegamos 17.50 no había nadie para recibirnos. Llamamos mil veces, nadie atendió. Esperamos. Como nadie venía, tuvimos que alojarnos (fuera de nuestro presupuesto) en un hostal en la misma dirección. a la hora aproximadamente nos encontramos con una empleada. Hablamos con la dueña y se desentendió por el horario. En fin, jamás hubo nadie de soporte. A la dueña la vimos una sola vez. La falta de apoyo. Tener que pedir que nos dejaran los menesteres mínimos porque no revisaban nada. Hemos estado en otros hostales en Madrid AVA Y MEYRA impecables en su atención. Pero en Favolo sentimos que estábamos en un lugar fantasma

The location and the convenience of the parking were great. I would have liked a small fridge in the room or in the common area to keep drinks cool.

“I highly recommend”

The host was very friendly. I booked a room last minute and she arrived quickly, which was nice. The room is very spacious, the beds are comfortable, and it’s clean. It’s within walking distance of the train station and the bus to the airport.
