The hotel sits in a great location and the room was very spacious, with absolutely nothing to complain about.

The views were very nice, but it was very pricey and walking into the city felt pretty far.

The room was absolutely incredible, especially the view over the Chicago skyline. Having a sofa right by the window where you could just sit, relax and watch the city was probably the highlight of the stay. The view, especially in the evening, was amazing. The hotel itself is modern, comfortable and in a very unique location right on Navy Pier. The staff were perfectly friendly and pleasant, although the service didn’t always feel quite as polished or attentive as you might expect at this level. Nothing bad at all, just not exceptional. Overall though, I really liked the hotel and would happily stay here again — the room and skyline view alone made it a five-star experience for me
