The photos posted online were completely misleading; I had asked for recent pictures via WhatsApp, but they were from the opening day and irrelevant. The reception had no smiles, the room was filthy with moldy pillows, the TV was broken, the AC didn’t work so it was 40° inside and there was no water bottle. I had told them I’d book another room for the end of our stay, but we won’t be coming back.

The staff were friendly and cooperative, but the food left something to be desired.

Room and services are too good. Neat and clean room. The location is not so good due to industrial areas but very close to Metro. Thanks to Booking. Com. Recommended 👍. Air-conditioned was too slow Breakfast should be improved 😋 👌
