The castle is very well maintained and has a nice restaurant. The breakfast room is extremely plain and uncomfortable.

The historic castle ambience. The food in the restaurant was also very good. There was no wellness or sauna area. And the breakfast was unfortunately not in the beautiful castle restaurant but in a modern annex that had a conference‑room vibe and was not nice. But the breakfast was reasonably priced for the value.

Free parking, nice large rooms. The breakfast did not match the hotel’s standards. It felt like attending a conference.

The breakfast was excellent, though it should have been obvious that sausages, cheese, and fish were included. I heard a loud noise in the room that might have been the ventilation from the dining hall, and the hotel had an unusually high number of rules and bans—almost like a youth hostel—already listed on the website. It seems the historic building and staff shortages are the cause, as guests have to clear their own breakfast dishes. They say “no stealing hangers,” but it would have been nice to have a few more, like two per person.
