The staff treated us with genuine courtesy, and although the building showed a hint of age, the cleaning seemed thorough. The buffet, however, was overwhelmed by the crowd, so dishes arrived late and spills left on the floor weren’t cleared, highlighting a need for better guest etiquette.
“次回は無し”
The room was on the larger side. The bathroom and toilet in the room were difficult to use.
“夜食を買いにセブンに行った夜”
The meals were tasty. The room’s air‑conditioning unit was old, bulky, noisy and barely effective, and when I asked to borrow a phone charger the staff simply said it was already out, showing no empathy for my situation and offering no explanation.
“また来年も泊まってよいかな。”
The big public bath’s sauna was shaped like a barrel, something I’d only ever seen on TV reports, and the interior of the sauna was equally impressive. Because it was summer vacation and the hotel was fully booked, the only dining slot left was the latest one, which pushed my morning departure back—nothing the staff could control.
“良かった”
The welcome drink and similar services were nice.
