The reviews matched my expectations for a hostel. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean, with fresh sheets and towels that didn’t feel worn. The Wi‑Fi was fast enough for streaming videos. In addition to the rooms, the shared space, rooftop terrace, and kitchen were all well‑equipped, which I liked. The staff were always smiling and courteous. The location is just a short walk from the edge of the center of Arequipa, which is convenient. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I visit Arequipa. The only downside is that there were days when the shower water didn’t come on, but that’s common in South America and I didn’t mind it.

They only allow check‑in at 9 AM; I arrived earlier and there was no one there. I couldn’t stay, thinking I could drop off my luggage and return later, but I got there at 7 AM and it was closed—unusual.

El alojamiento es muy agradable y está situado en una zona tranquila, a pocos minutos caminando del centro. Dispone de una pequeña recepción donde hay agua caliente, café, té e infusiones para poder servirse cuando apetezca. En la parte superior hay una terraza con unas vistas preciosas a los volcanes, con mesas para comer y una zona donde poder tumbarse y relajarse. También hay una cocina nueva, muy limpia y perfectamente equipada. La habitación es amplia, el baño es nuevo, la ducha funciona perfectamente y la limpieza es excelente. Por encima de todo, quiero destacar la atención de Johana. Es encantadora, muy amable y atenta, y hace todo lo posible para que te sientas cómoda y como en casa. Su trato hizo que mi estancia fuera todavía más agradable. Nada que destacar

The location is good and the room price is reasonable. However, there was no hot water! We tried showering in the morning, but because the place only uses solar panels, the energy was already used up and the room had no hot water, which was brutal in Arequipa’s cold. Finding the accommodation was tough (the directions are unclear). Getting in was also hard—steep, winding stairs and no elevator, so they made me pay in cash.
