The room was comfortable and clean, yet it was unbearably hot because the air conditioner couldn't be lowered.

The manager and housekeeping were very friendly, but the breakfast chef offered no customer service, left dirty dishes on tables and in the restaurant, and ignored my personal complaint letter—quite disappointing.
