I love how welcoming the staff is no matter where you are on the resort. They even decorated my room for me and left me a happy birthday card the morning of my birthday when they cleaned my room. I will be coming back again I loved my stay!!. The rain but it was okay because I still got to enjoy myself and I had two extra days where it didn’t rain

The staff i came into contact with made the whole experience 😂 enjoyable. They were helpful accommodating and genuinely wanted to make your stay enjoyable experience. Needed a games room, different from the sports bar

I celebrated my birthday here and the staff forgot to arrange any celebration for me or my family, which left us all disappointed; the food was often bland or overly salty, and there was no elevator so walking to the room was a long trek.

The hotel was clean the maids was nice , the bartender was nice. Customer service and front desk ppl need more adequate and the cook from the out side pool bar was rude 😞 but hey u can't get good service every where you go

It was my second visit and it turned out to be another poor experience: security unloaded our bags at the gate because of a disagreement with our driver, forcing us to walk to the lobby upon arrival; the front‑of‑house management and security were both unsatisfactory.
