“Would definitely recommend this hotel as there are no surprises and amenities are very comfortable.”

The modern facilities and ultra‑comfortable beds were a highlight, and the continental breakfast was a nice bonus. However, the check‑in staff wasn’t very friendly, and the breakfast area could have used better supervision because the waffle maker wasn’t cleaned. A toaster with bread or bagels would have been preferable; instead we got muffins, yogurt, cereal and pre‑made eggs. Overall the positives far outweighed the negatives.

The hotel was a nightmare because the other guests were extremely noisy—like furniture sliding on the floor above me for hours—and I could even smell cooking oil in the hallway.

“We chose this hotel for its location, but should have picked on of the two nearby.”

The location was great, the rooms were clean, and the Wi‑Fi worked. But many things were falling apart: the toilet roll holder was angled off the wall, the shower handle plate spun, the bed creaked and groaned as if it was breaking, and the door was jammed and hard to open. The fridge was cool, but I doubt it kept food safely. Breakfast was disappointing: waffles were fine, but the rest—pre‑formed egg circles, sausage, yogurt, corn flakes and frosted flakes—was poor.
