Cabilao Sunset Dive & Beach Resort

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were freshly made from the menu, ordered from the menu, and served daily. Fresh tuna dinners and banana pancakes for breakfast with mango shake kicked off the day perfectly. Diving with the skilled diver Joachim and exploring the reefs in front of the island was amazing. Cleaning the sea turtle’s shell, seeing the lionfish, banded sea snake, scorpion fish, pipe fish, and so much more was an experience I will never forget. Thank you, Joachim, this was truly awesome.

I visited the resort a second time; it’s a great place to spend time, very relaxing, and the owner hosted us very well. There was no downside to the property.

“Perfect!!!!”

The food was of very good quality, the peace was perfect, and it’s not a resort if you want to party at night. Diving was great with a drop‑off in front of the door up to about 65 meters. The spacious, tidy room had excellent bathroom facilities. Reception by Joachim and his wife was absolutely perfect, felt like family. I will definitely come back. Transport to and from Tagbilaran was excellently arranged. In one word, it was a perfect week. No shortcomings at all.

The location right in front of the reef, the cleanliness of the common areas (restaurant and pool) and the rooms, the silence and tranquility, the kindness and availability of the staff, and the excellent cuisine. On days without sunshine, the shower water isn’t hot.
