“Superbe appartement au 17e étage sur Polanco”
The apartment is gorgeous, tucked in Polanco, on the 17th floor with a stunning view of part of Mexico City. It’s spacious and fully equipped for cooking. The building feels ultra secure, with a pool (must wear a hood), a gym, and a co‑working space, and it’s only 2 km from the Museo Nacional de Antropología. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby, plus 7‑Eleven and Oxxo. Communication with Jorge for key pickup was excellent. The building’s entry can be a bit tedious because of the high security level—facial recognition and showing your Airbnb card are required. The furniture in the apartment could use a refresh.
The service is very good, they attend to you well, and it’s a quiet place to rest and enjoy the area.
The rooms are large. The staff are friendly. There’s plenty of sunlight. The location and high‑quality construction are excellent for families. The owner is kind, intelligent, and communicates excellently.

The common areas of the house, the pool, the jacuzzi, and the room’s climate control are great. It would be nice to have cable TV in the room.
Breakfast was very good, with a different selection each day. The staff were very friendly and took good care of us. The facilities were good, and having access to the kitchen and fridge was a plus for our family. The pool was nice. You can specify when you want the room cleaned, and it happens very well. The taxi service was good. The décor was a bit less than in the photos; we missed pillows, parasols, and colorful items shown in the pictures. There is one room with a balcony overlooking the sea; the rest do not, which is useful to know.
