We stayed here again. The hotel is very comfortable in a quiet part of Vinnitsa. Everything is top‑level. The reception staff are friendly and polite. The room was clean. However, there was a swarm of smelly beetles on the curtains—maybe they were left out to air or came from the AC system, but I couldn't figure it out. There were more than ten of them in the room.

I’m staying here again and overall I like everything. The minibar could offer a wider selection.

The location is great, and the reception girls are wonderful and ready to help. There is parking, which is a huge plus in the city center. Nearby are a shopping mall, a McDonald’s, and museums. Nothing here would change the positive impression.

Clean, quiet, and tasty. The hotel is in the city center and walking to tourist spots is convenient. The only issue is breakfast: I didn’t know I needed to bring my room key to place on the table, so I had to wait a bit longer because the waiters didn’t immediately understand why I was there early in the morning. It would be good to inform guests about the key requirement at check‑in.
