We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staffs were extremely kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We will certainly be back!

The trendy location is a 10‑minute walk from Liverpool Street, the restaurant is excellent, and the city views from our corner room felt more like a suite than a standard “classic” room. I would definitely stay here again, though it’s a bit pricey for a great hotel.

The location is great and the design is beautiful. The bathroom is very large, but the shower water spills over the shower area. The bedroom is small compared to the bathroom, which I think is due to a retrofit of an older building that limits the layout.

The lobby is nice, the location is great, and the decor is stylish. The bedroom and bathroom are very clean. However, the room didn’t feel as high‑standard as the Art Hotel or Virgin Hotel, which are both local and similarly priced, and the room was noticeably smaller than others I’ve stayed in recently. The tea and coffee selection was disappointing—just Kenco sachets for a hotel at this price point.

The location is great, the bedroom is a good size, and everything is very clean. The only downside is that there are no drinks in the room fridge.
