Manoir sur Mer offers oceanfront rooms with refrigerators, cable TV, free Wi‑Fi and coffee makers. Guests enjoy an on‑site restaurant, bar, vending snacks, and a patio overlooking the Gulf of Lawrence. A semi‑private beach lies steps away, while Club de golf Le Gaspésien is a five‑minute walk. Parc National de la Gaspésie is reachable within 20 minutes.

The waterfront location comes with a picnic table and chairs. Everything was excessively clean and well maintained. The restaurant, with its three glass sides, offers a superb view of the water. The food and service are impeccable, and breakfast and dinner were top notch. The décor feels old‑fashioned, and the bed linens and dark colours in the room make the space feel gloomy; a fresh coat of paint and new linens would give it a youthful touch and make the place perfect.

The place is in a great spot with a stunning view, and the room has everything you could need. The restaurant serves excellent food, and we enjoyed a lovely meal. The bed was terribly uncomfortable and would need a major upgrade; it was so bad that we probably won’t book here again, which is a shame because everything else was great.
