I booked a standard AC room and called ahead to confirm my arrival time, yet when I got there they said no rooms were available because ours had been given to earlier guests. They didn’t explain and instead offered me a filthy, uncleaned, non‑AC room that looked like a storage space or bathroom. I rejected it immediately and left at midnight; it was a complete waste of time.

I arrived at 9:30 PM and was told no room was available, which was a very bad situation. No one should rely on this property; I would never visit again.
