We started in the basic resort rooms, stayed one night, then upgraded to the suites. The resort rooms were tiny, not cleaned properly, had no place to store or hang clothes, and the beds were uncomfortable. The suites, however, are spacious, well kept, come with balconies, and offer plenty of room.

The location is good and the staff are great, but the jacuzzi bathtub was broken and the rooms could use more chairs.

The facilities are beautiful and the hotel is close to Encore, with a great location. The bathtub didn’t drain, so when we showered it filled up with dirty drain water.

The location and restaurant are fine, but the room and bathroom are problematic: you can’t open the door without standing behind the toilet, it isn’t very clean, and it isn’t an inexpensive stay for one night ($300).

The rooms were nice, the free breakfast was good, and the staff were extremely courteous and nice. I appreciate that the resort is close to almost everything. However, there was no information in the room about housekeeping not coming in unless you request it. I had to approach housekeeping while they were cleaning another room to get more toilet paper and towels midway through the stay. I was disappointed that we had to cut our stay a day early because of leaking pipes.
