Location is great - close to Matsumoto station. Room is spacious. There was a nice lady who greeted us when we checked in though not much of conversation happened. Overall a good place with the value I paid for Matsumoto. Sleep was somewhat comfortable but the choice mattresses is questionable. Only 1 shower and 1 toilet shared amongst 6 rooms

駅近。部屋が広い。. 設備の画像には洗濯機が掲載されており、看板にもランドリーサービス有りと載っているのに、利用しようとしたらスタッフに使えないと言われた。提供できるサービスとできないサービスを明確にしてほしい。

部屋がとっても綺麗でした。受付も自分の時は非対面だったので、ストレスなく過ごすことができました。メッセージのやり取りも迅速で安心でした。泊まっていた方々もある程度マナーを守っており、あまり音も気にならず静かに過ごせました。. シャワーとトイレがフロアに一個ずつなので、ゆっくりというよりは、あまり落ち着かなかった気がします。一応一階にお風呂があるようでしたが、自分の場合は、泊まる前に先に外で温泉に入っておくなど工夫しました。

Idéalement situé près de la gare et de nombreux restaurant, mais aussi près du château. La chambre était confortable et spacieuse, tout était très propre. L'arrivée et le départ se sont fait très facilement
