The hotel's location was perfect for my husband and me, with easy access to the water and plenty of amenities nearby.

The property manager was kind and helpful, but the location relative to the river was not ideal.

We wanted to stay as close to Havasu Springs as possible after it sold out, so this was the nearest alternative we could find. Friends had mentioned it, so we booked it. The blinds were the only thing blocking the windows, and the early sun cut straight through, waking us up before 5:30 AM; some blackout curtains or something heavier over the blinds would help keep the light out.

The owner is really friendly and the spot is convenient. We did, however, find a snake in our room, and the extra pillow in the cabinet had a fake set of eyelashes on it.
