The guest's stay was disappointing due to several issues, including a dirty bedroom, mould in the shower, and a generally tired and scruffy appearance. However, the bed was a redeeming quality, being clean and well-maintained. The hotel's cleanliness was a highlight, but the overall condition of the room and facilities was subpar.

The guest's stay was marred by a cancelled booking despite prior notification, but the hotel's cleanliness was a redeeming quality. Unfortunately, the service failed to meet expectations due to a mistake with their booking modification. The hotel's cleanliness was a highlight, but the service fell short.

The guest's stay was one of the most disappointing experiences of the year, due to a combination of issues with the room, staff, and facilities. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, despite multiple changes, and the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The facilities were old and not well-maintained, and noise from the gallery and doors was a significant issue.
